Karen served as a strategic advisor for the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum’s annual gala and major gift program. She created a new event, Dance After Dark, and subsequently secured leadership, individual and corporate sponsors and engaged the next generation of museum supporters.
DeCordova's mission is to inspire, educate and delight with contemporary art from New England and beyond through sculptures in the landscape and museum exhibitions. Established in 1950, deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum is the largest park of its kind in New England encompassing 30 acres, 20 miles west of Boston.
